Continuing in a long line of golfing heroes, Bacon Slicer (or BS as he is affectionately known) is an individual par excellence. Being left-handed he is the only Goffer who can aim the ball to the extreme right in a tee shot and still end up in the centre of the correct fairway. Other Goffers aim straight and end up on the extreme right on a different fairway. Known for his huge looping shots, even on the putting green, he is the joker in the pack. He strides the fairways like a giant with club in hand throwing quips and one-liners to the left and to the right. He is our unstoppable resident stand-up comedian – he keeps the others amused even when they beg him not to.
