Juan Twomany
Now resident in Spain on the Costa Blanca Juan has a long sporting history having taken early inspiration from West Bromwich Albion and his physio. When his footballing career was cut short he turned to tennis and later to golf before being advised by his golf pro to stick to tennis.
He has recorded some fine achievements at Bromsgrove Golf Club including winner of the Winter League but in Spain spends more time hitting tennis balls because they are bigger and easier to see.
Juan is an excellent host and a firm favourite amongst the ex pats where he is affectionately known as Sangria Steve. He is keenly interested in any new techie development and after a long and distinguished career in electrical retailing is the proud owner of the very latest hi-fi, TV etc.
We all look forward to Juan’s regular visits to the UK and to the chance to relieve him of euros at every possible opportunity.
